It's Stormer from Jem!
Love that show, and felt like doing something fun tonight... what's more fun than fanart, right? Needed a Beach City break.
Uh... yeah, this took me longer than I thought... stupid curly hair! Hopefully it turned out halfway decent...
Stormer isn't exactly my fave Jem character, there's just so many good ones! But the depth of this particular character is what struck me to draw her... she's the misfit of the Misfits... heh.
now that I look at the sketch... it's actually better... I don't know, it's late, something got messed up... I'll post the sketch too...
